  I received a new coat for a gift, and the liner was very linty. I thought that a dry clean would help remove some of the lint. I brought in a coat and asked if they could clean it and water-proof it. The employee behind the counter didn't know if they could do water-proofing, so she had to go to the back and ask. She came back shortly and told me that they did do water-proofing. Then when I asked how much it was, she did one of those rolling eyes looks that said, "Oh jeez, now I have to go back there again and ask how much."
  
  I left the coat with them understanding that to clean it and water-proof it would be about $35. When I picked up the coat they charged me over $40. The explanation was that the price for cleaning the coat does not include the zip-in lining. Turns out that they did not clean the lining since it was still very linty. An entire roll of tape was needed to de-lint it after the dry cleaning.
  
  The employee's attitude was one of annoyance that I was there, and she had no clue about the products and services where she worked. I will not be returning.
